About FreeADHD.com

FreeADHD.com is an educational self-screening website. We help adults better understand attention, impulsivity, and executive-function patterns through a free screening tool and an optional personalized report.

Our mission

We believe adults deserve a calm, credible starting point for understanding attention and executive-function difficulties — without the noise of a viral personality quiz and without the overreach of an AI doctor. Our goal is to help you notice patterns in your own answers and decide whether a conversation with a qualified professional might be worthwhile.

What we do

We offer a free adult ADHD self-screening test built on the ASRS v1.1 6-question screener, followed by optional self-authored supplemental questions and an AI-generated educational report. The report explains your self-reported answers in plain language, maps executive-function patterns, describes possible overlapping factors, and suggests practical lifestyle strategies.

What we do not do

We do not diagnose ADHD. We do not provide treatment, medication advice, or prescriptions. We do not replace a qualified healthcare professional. Our tool is for educational self-screening only and should never be used to make medical or medication decisions.

Reviewer process

Our screening methodology and report structure are informed by published adult ADHD screening research. We are working with credentialed mental-health professionals — including clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and ADHD coaches — to review our content. Reviewed pages display a reviewer attribution and a last-reviewed date.
